Our products are formulated to assist in creating smooth soft skin, with also being able to be used with mild or extreme skin conditions.

Our products are made from all natural and organic ingredients, formulated to work with all different types of sensitive skin.

Our recommendation and good skin practise which we always encourage for personal safety. Always undertake a small test patch area, to be trailed on your skin first.

With no reaction occurring, you should be able to use the product ongoing with confidence.

How should i store my Mr Bees Manuka products especially in warmer weather ?

Store Mr Bees Manuka products away from direct Sun Light. If possible, also keep away from any confined spaces, with temperatures of 30 degrees and over.

What if i have an allergic reaction when using any of these products?

As referred to in 1.2. We advise to carry out a very small patch test first, to determine if you have any allergic reaction to our products or not.

If any allergic reaction does occur, please stop using our products immediately and seek a medical Doctors advice.

Are your products tested on animals?

Mr Bees Manuka products are not tested on animals.
All products are completely cruelty free being not tested on any animal.

Locally how much will postage delivery cost & how is my item being delivered ?

Australian orders will be delivered through Australia Post, with a postage cost of being 10% of the product purchased price which is a 90% postage delivery discount.

Orders purchased of $20.00 or less, will be sent via Australia Post without a tracking number.

Order purchases more then $20.00 will be sent with a tracking number

International customers and orders outside Australia ?

All purchases outside Australia have a delivery cost of
$18.00 – $25.00 for a weight up to 5kg

All deliveries are dispatched with a tracking number via Australia Post with connected partner EMS international.
